Once again we woke up early for some surfing. This time we decided on going just north of the board walk at a beach Called Cowell's. The waves were perfect out there. It was like the ocean put up a wave machine just for us. No photos though. Sorry. We then headed back home, ate some breakfast and headed off to the cove to play around before we got back out in the water. The waves were breaking hard but it made for some great scenery. We got word that Mike and Maria arrived and we headed back to the beach house to suit up for some body boarding. Mike decided to join us and had a blast taking on the great white water. We returned back to the beach house tired and hungry. The Roddy's continued with their generosity by buying us some delicious Pork and Chicken to cook on the grill. Once again Colin, James, Mike and Maria prepared a feast fit for a king.

California Day 2 Hit The Beach!
The second day we decided to get up early and hit the beach. We decided to try a beach within walking distance to get back in the swing of things after being away from the ocean for a year. It wasn't the best beach to bring the surfboards to but it was a great spot to body board and skim board. We even went a second time that day. Later that night we had a BBQ and as usual Colin and James went all out with the tastiness of the food.

California Day 1 Mardi Gras!
Mandi and I had an amazing trip to California. It was filled with non stop fun and many surprises. The first day we arrived with went out and did some body boarding. When we got back to the beach house we ate dinner and what would we experience out in the street? A Mardi Gras party! The neighbors had a live band marching up and down the street and tons of people in costume all having a great time. Other neighbors joined in throwing beads off the balconies. We had a great time dancing in the street that night.
